Countrified Glitz LLC is NOT responsible for any and all items after being dropped off to the shipping carrier. Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing ready to ship items. The customer is responsible for any additional fees that may apply after initial shipping fee. Countrified Glitz LLC is not responsible for any customs taxes/fees/tariffs/etc.
Double check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you input the wrong shipping address, email us at cglitz.ok@gmail.com immediately. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we cannot make any changes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, there will be an extra charge for the package to be shipped again to another address. Reminder: ALL sales are final.
Returns
All sales are final. Items may not be eligible for return and/or for store credit, unless it is an error of us, Countrified Glitz. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return shipment costs. In the event of a cancellation or return, there will be a processing fee and/or a restocking fee charged or withheld from any refund, up to 50% of the purchase price and any additional fees. You agree/consent to these terms by submitting any and all type(s) of payment to Countrified Glitz LLC.
Damaged Items
All items are carefully packaged in order to ensure the safety of your order. Countrified Glitz is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.
If you receive a damaged item(s), it is up to you the purchaser/receiver to follow damage report procedures with the shipping company.
